Hi everyone,
My name is Tobias, and I’m currently in the middle of my clinical rotations. That means I’m at the hospital every day. I’ve just finished my scientific internship, during which I spent six months doing research. My project focused on viruses in people with weakened immune systems. As part of this research, I even went to South Africa to see how things differ there compared to the Netherlands. And the fun part is: our research is still ongoing, so I frequently travel back to South Africa!
In addition, I work with a young man who has a muscular disease. I help him with his daily activities, but over time we’ve also become good friends. We spend our days talking about our hobbies and always have a lot of fun together.
Speaking of hobbies, I’ve been playing hockey since I was young! I’m now part of the Men’s 1 team, so in my free time, you’ll usually find me on the hockey field.
